POLICIES & TERMS

Please review the following polices prior to booking your Xperience. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable booking terms.

BOOKING & RETAINER

Your event date is not secured until the required non-refundable retainer has been received. Inquires, proposals, menu discussions, and invoices do not reserve a date. Dates remain available to other clients until payment is received and your booking is confirmed.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice or service agreement. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the retainer.

CANCELLATIONS & REBOOKING

All payments and retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, payments made will not be refunded. At the discretion of The SieXperience, eligible bookings may be transferred one time to a new available date within 3 months of the original event date.

Rebooking is subject to availability and may require additional fees if the guest count, menu, location, services, or event requirements change.

GUEST COUNT & MENU CHANGES

Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed by the deadline provided on your invoice or service agreement. Once finalized, reductions in guest count do not reduce the contracted balance.

Requests to increase the guest count, change menu selections, or add services after the deadline are subject to availability and additional charges. The SieXperience cannot guarantee last-minute changes.

RENTALS, TABLEWARE & EVENT ITEMS

Plates, flatware, glassware, napkins, linens, tables, chairs, decor, and other event rentals are not included unless specifically listed on your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Requested rental items or upgraded disposables may be added for an additional fee.

The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning charges associated with rented or provided event items caused by the client or guests.

TRAVEL & VENUE ACCESS

Travel fees may apply based on the event location and will be disclose before booking. The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and ensuring The SieXperience has appropriate access to the event space for set up, service, and breakdown at the agreed times.

Additional charges may apply when parking, valet, loading restrictions, stairs, extended walking distances, delayed venue access, or other site conditions create additional labor or expenses.

SETUP, SERVICE & CLEANUP

Setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup are limited to the services specifically included in your selected package, proposal, or service agreement. Additional setup, or breakdown requested beyond the contracted scope may result in additional charges.

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed time. Delays outside of The Siexperience’s control may affect the service timeline.

FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUESTS

Clients are responsible for disclosing all known food allergies and dietary restrictions prior to finalizing the menu. The SieXperience will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs; however, food is prepared in environments where common allergens may be present, and an allergen- free environment cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENTS & PROCESSING FEES

All payments must be made through an approved payment method provided by The SieXperience. Any applicable credit card or payment processing fees will be disclosed at checkout or on the invoice, where permitted by law. Returned, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services of services until the balance is resolved.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the date, time, location, guest count, venue requirements, and any other information necessary to provide the contracted services. The SieXperience is not responsible for delays, limitations, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

By paying a retainer, deposit, invoice, or other payment toward services, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the Policies & Terms, along with the terms stated on their proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
